Terms of service
1. What Pairnest is
Pairnest is a shared space for shopping lists, notes and plans — for one person or for a pair. The service is provided by CAPRI Adam Czarnowski, ul. Leśna 14, 67-100 Nowa Sól, Poland, tax ID 8992959335. These terms set out how you may use the app, and you accept them when you create an account.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Give us a real email address — it is the only way back in if you lose access. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so do not share it with anyone. One account per person, and a nest joins at most two people.
3. Your content
Your content is yours. All we need is the technical permission to store it, sync it between your devices, and show it to the other person in your nest when you mark it as shared. We use it for nothing else: we do not read it, analyse it, or train any models on it. You are responsible for what you create — it must not break the law or anyone else's rights.
4. The Couple Pro subscription
The free tier has the limits described in the app. Couple Pro lifts them and starts with a 7-day trial. Payment is billed by the App Store or Google Play — that is also where you manage and cancel the subscription. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from, and we have no say over them. One person's subscription unlocks Pro for the whole nest.
5. What you may not do
Do not use Pairnest to track, harass or control another person, do not work around limits and safeguards, do not query our servers automatically, and do not upload unlawful content. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules — we will write to your email address explaining why.
6. Leaving the app, and leaving a pair
You can delete your account at any time in your Profile; deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone. Dissolving a nest leaves 30 days for each of you to claim your part of the shared content — after that it is gone. We may stop providing the service with 30 days' notice sent to your email, so that you have time to export your data.
7. Liability
We work to keep the app running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of bugs. We are not liable for data lost through a failure of your device or through your own actions — you can keep a copy by exporting your data in your Profile. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes and governing law
We will tell you in the app about changes to these terms and ask you to accept them before you carry on; if you do not agree, you can delete your account. These terms are governed by Polish law, which does not deprive you of the protection of the law of your country of residence. Send complaints to support@pairnest.app and we will answer within 14 days. You may also refer a dispute to the competent regional Trade Inspection authority for out-of-court settlement.
