Deleting your Pairnest account
You can delete your Pairnest account and its data yourself, from inside the app. This page is here for people who no longer have the app installed, and because Google Play asks us to publish the route on the web.
From inside the app
Open Pairnest, go to Profile → My account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Write to support@pairnest.app from the address the account uses. We confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in identity and account, your profile (email address, name, avatar), your private lists, notes and events, your activity trail, your device tokens for notifications, and the mapping between your account and your subscription. We remove all of it from live systems immediately; backups expire within 30 days.
What outlives the account, and for how long
If you shared a nest with someone, deleting your account starts the 30-day dissolution: shared lists, notes and events stay available so your partner can claim their part, and are erased once the 30 days pass. A solo nest is archived and erased on the same schedule.
Your subscription is separate
Couple Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Deleting the account does not cancel it — cancel it in the store you bought it from, or it keeps renewing.
